About The Position

WHBM is seeking a Sales Associate to create a welcoming, customer-centered environment grounded in hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service. The Sales Associate also helps support store performance and operations through merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and upkeep of the brand’s visual standards. This is a regular part-time position at the Deerfield Towne Center store in Mason, Ohio, with an hourly pay range of $11.00–$13.75.

• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; move around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
