About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you represent the brand through personal style and passion, bringing welcoming energy to the sales floor. You help customers discover their look and work with team members and managers to support business success. The role focuses on creating a seamless customer experience through collaboration, kindness, and inclusivity. You provide authentic customer service, drive sales, assist with store operations and product-related tasks assigned by management, and share customer feedback with the management team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with current fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when completing tasks.
• Champion new ideas, navigate uncertainty, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for product; lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that reflects the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding customer selling and service expectations.
• Assist with operational and product-driven store tasks assigned by the management team, while acting in a manner aligned with brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
