About The Position
Primark is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to help customers find sizes and styles, complete purchases and returns, and enjoy an excellent in-store experience. The role also involves maintaining the sales floor and stockroom, processing transactions and customer queries at the till, and receiving and preparing merchandise for sale while meeting Primark’s standards.
Requirements
- English-language proficiency sufficient to communicate effectively with customers, managers, and colleagues and understand health and safety instructions.
- Passion for people and creating excellent customer experiences.
- Honesty and strong communication and listening skills, with willingness to share ideas and get involved as needed.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Teamwork, motivation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Interest in fashion and the latest looks.

- Some experience working in a busy retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Help customers with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns, providing an excellent in-store experience.
- Maintain an attractive shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms, and keep the stockroom tidy and organized.
- Provide fast, friendly, efficient service at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
- Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries; move products to the shop floor; and ensure products are correctly priced and meet company standards.
