About The Position
ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash are seeking friendly, energetic, and outgoing Sales Associates to provide an exceptional experience for guests at their express car wash locations. The Sales Associate is among the first team members guests interact with and welcomes customers, answers questions, recommends appropriate wash services, and explains the value of membership programs. Previous car wash experience is not required; training is provided. The role offers an opportunity to develop sales, customer service, communication, and leadership skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, with potential for career advancement.

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, restaurants, hospitality, cashiering, membership sales, or similar customer-facing roles; preferred but not required.
- Previous car wash experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer and guest service throughout every interaction.
- Learn and explain car wash services, packages, and membership options.
- Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs.
- Promote and sell car wash memberships by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
- Engage with guests at the pay station and kiosk to create a welcoming experience.
- Answer customer questions and help resolve basic concerns.
- Operate and maintain the pay station and related equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
- Work with the team to keep the location operating efficiently.
- Follow safety procedures, company standards, and appearance expectations.
- Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with professionalism and enthusiasm.
