Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate

About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards. The associate greets and assists customers, answers product questions, processes inquiries and returns according to store policy, maintains and replenishes the sales floor, follows visual merchandising guidelines, and operates the register and POS system. The associate also promotes the MINISO Membership Program and follows store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Adherence to store policies and procedures.
Reliability demonstrated through consistent attendance and punctuality.

Retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately and help prevent errors.
Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program.
Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed.
Follow store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks.
Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude.
