About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Soma, you will help create a welcoming, customer-centered environment rooted in hospitality. You will build genuine customer connections, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service while contributing to store performance and a positive team environment. This is a temporary, part-time role at the Woodfield Mall store in Schaumburg, Illinois, with an hourly pay range of $15.00 to $18.75.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; must be at least 18 years old in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.

• Use available tools to create a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Educate customers about the benefits of brand loyalty programs.

• Assist store leaders with merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
