About The Position

The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This part-time role is designed to fit your lifestyle, where you will support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences during peak hours, which include evenings, weekends, holidays, and other high-traffic periods such as promotions or product launches. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewelry, giving a voice to people's loves.

Requirements

Results-oriented seller.
Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
At least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Standing for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs — including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
