The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. This part-time role is designed to fit your lifestyle, with associates jumping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, making them feel your passion for the brand.
Requirements
- Be a results-oriented seller.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have the ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels.
- Be at least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Be comfortable with a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to stand for extended periods.
- Be able to lift 50+ pounds.
- Be able to arrive to work on time.
Nice To Haves
- A flexible schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
