About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, recommend eyewear suited to individual lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to the store’s sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and work with teammates and leadership to provide excellent service and maintain a welcoming, organized, and inclusive store environment.

Requirements

Enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive experiences.
Communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, and ability to help customers find a suitable look.
