About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Ashland Town Center store delivers a world-class customer experience, exceeds sales goals, and finds ways to engage and attract customers. The role supports store operations and provides coverage when needed, particularly during peak hours such as evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. Work schedules vary with business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. The associate shares product knowledge and helps customers style jewellery, while building brand loyalty and lasting customer relationships. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting more than 50 pounds. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Ability to arrive at work on time.
- Willingness to work variable hours, ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
