About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Sales Associate provides an excellent in-store shopping experience for retail customers and assists with tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role also supports a safe, organized, and inviting store environment; processes customer transactions; addresses service issues; and promotes credit and loyalty programs. The position is at the Northwest Arkansas store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience; at least 6 months of experience is required.
• Proficiency with technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Ability to interact with customers and provide customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stock room so the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to help ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty member programs and encourage customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
