About The Position

This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ The Summit Reno. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role is designed to fit your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to their loves. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic periods like promotions or product launches.
Requirements
- Demonstrate you are a results-oriented seller.
- Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
- At least 18 years or older.
- Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Timely arrival to work.
- Flexible schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.

- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on-brand operation.
- Provide reliable support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
