About The Position

Planet 13 is seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join its team in Stuart, Florida. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service through education, awareness, and client solutions. The Sales Associate assists customers, verifies identification and medical cannabis card status, dispenses medication, processes payments, and maintains online pickup orders. The role also supports dispensary events and the company’s marketing and sales efforts. Training is provided; prior medical marijuana or dispensary experience is not required.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service experience involving direct patient or customer interaction.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 21 years of age.
Ability to pass drug testing and a Level 2 Florida State background check.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience in specialty retail, hospitality, or health and wellness.

Responsibilities

Greet, assist, and provide information and necessary services to customers.
Verify customer identification and cannabis card status.
Dispense medication and collect payment through the POS register or upon delivery using approved payment methods.
Maintain online pickup orders.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships by accurately assessing needs and providing timely, accurate information.
Work with the Dispensary Manager to identify opportunities for dispensary events.
Plan and coordinate events, including communications, logistics, marketing, and organization of necessary information and materials.
Support company marketing and sales efforts to help meet sales goals.
