About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands worldwide. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, an online store, and a mobile app.

The Sales Associate provides a great in-store shopping experience for retail customers and supports store operations through tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. The role includes maintaining organized and safe store areas, assisting with product launches, processing transactions, resolving customer service issues, and promoting credit and loyalty programs. The position requires availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours, as well as meeting physical requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
• Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to provide a safe and inviting environment.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait time.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate them, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Explain the benefits of credit and loyalty member programs and encourage customers to participate.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
• Assist with additional store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
