About The Position

Sam Edelman has an incredible opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our highly creative, forward-thinking team in providing world-class customer experience! We seek someone who is confident, proactive and trend-savvy with previous experience working with a luxury or contemporary fashion brand. You’re perfect for this position if you’re a strong sales driver who enjoys spending time on the floor working with your team and clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with a luxury or contemporary fashion brand.
  • Strong sales driver.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall shopping experience for all Sam Edelman Clients utilizing the “The Sam Style” model and providing an inviting world class experience with a customer-first approach.
  • Actively engage and build relationships with customers.
  • Assist store leadership with executing product placement and visual standards consistent with company guidelines and expectations.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, safe and easily shoppable.
  • Meet performance metrics by exhibiting a passion and enthusiasm for the brand and embracing and promoting company initiatives, contests and strategies.
  • Deliver clear, concise and timely communication to Store Team & Store Sales Manager.
  • Engage in our professional store culture where all associates’ contributions are valued, respected and appreciated.
  • Completes other projects and assignments as directed by management.
