About The Position

The Sales Associate works at the Antigo store and supports customer service and store operations. The role processes purchases, promotes customer programs, maintains merchandise displays, assists shoppers, and helps keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. Work is performed primarily in a standard retail backroom or warehouse environment, with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions. Requirements

• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate a cash register and accurately count money.
• Basic math skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience with computers, or willingness and ability to learn.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, and maintain regular, timely attendance in accordance with the assigned schedule.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately scanning tickets and processing payments in accordance with cash-handling standards.
• Educate customers about the Round Up program and help achieve program goals.
• Inform customers about the Good Points program and help achieve program goals.
• Operate the telephone, professionally answer calls, and use the paging system.
• Ensure items are properly displayed, pulled, and restocked in alignment with merchandising standards and leadership guidance.
• Help customers locate items or seek assistance for them when unable to help.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; complete opening and closing checklists and support general cleaning, including parking lot maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
