About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores in the United States and Puerto Rico as well as an online store and mobile app. The Dos Lagos store is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide customers with a great in-store shopping experience and support store operations, including stocking, cleaning and folding merchandise.

The Sales Associate helps maintain a clean, organized, safe and inviting store; follows company policies and procedures; and supports product launches according to company standard operating procedures. The role delivers the customer experience model, processes transactions accurately and efficiently, resolves or escalates service issues, and promotes credit and loyalty programs. Other essential functions may be assigned by the supervisor.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of relevant experience within the stated 0–2 years, proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers, and availability that includes nights, weekends and non-business hours. The listed pay range is $16.50–$22.10 per hour. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of six months.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stock room to help keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine whether to resolve or escalate them, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform additional essential functions as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist with store tasks such as stocking, cleaning and folding merchandise.
