About The Position

The Sales Associate supports the success of Sunglass Hut by providing customers with an authentic, energetic experience and helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role involves building customer relationships, meeting sales targets, recommending products suited to customers’ needs and preferences, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive store environment. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leadership to provide service and maintain an organized, appealing store.
