About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Mall of San Juan store delivers an engaging, world-class shopping experience, supports store operations, and works to exceed individual and store sales goals. The role focuses on connecting with customers, sharing product knowledge, inspiring jewellery styling, and building brand loyalty. It is a flexible, part-time position that provides support when needed most, especially during peak hours and other high-traffic periods. Hours vary with business needs, ranging from as few as four hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons; there may be periods with few or no scheduled hours. The position requires availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, special events, and other periods when additional store coverage is needed. Candidates must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying according to business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
- Completion of an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
