About The Position
The Sales Associate helps customers find premium-quality eyewear and provides an authentic, engaging customer experience. The role focuses on meeting sales targets, building lasting customer relationships, offering tailored eyewear recommendations, and contributing to a supportive and inclusive store environment. Associates receive hands-on training and collaborate with colleagues to provide strong service and maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store. This is a seasonal/temporary position at Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica. The pay range is $15.92–$20.68, with pay determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. A competitive bonus and/or commission plan may also be offered. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and employee discounts.
