About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates create an authentic, fun, and energetic experience for customers while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with new and returning customers, understand their needs, and recommend eyewear suited to each customer’s lifestyle and preferences. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leadership to provide high-quality service and contribute to a positive team environment. They also help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and foster an inclusive, respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping others and creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort using technology to enhance the customer experience and maintaining accuracy with transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find a suitable look.
• Self-motivation, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with willingness to learn and grow.
