About The Position

Riser Fitness is a multi-unit developer of the Club Pilates franchise system, with over 100 locations. The Sales Associate supports the General Manager in achieving the studio’s sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. The role assists with sales and customer relations to provide clients with a positive experience in a fun, high-energy, service-focused studio environment. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
Fluent in English, with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient computer skills.
Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
Attend special events and trainings as needed.

Responsibilities

Execute the full sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
Meet and exceed sales goals established by the General Manager.
Conduct studio tours for new prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales.
Learn and communicate knowledge of products, programs, and pricing.
Emphasize and enforce the studio’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
Participate in grassroots and community events to promote the studio, including health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned.
