About The Position

The Sales Associate creates an outstanding optical experience for guests by combining knowledge, experience, and personality with guests’ needs and the company’s fashion brands. The role helps customers find eyewear that suits their needs, lifestyle, and preferences, while providing welcoming, knowledgeable service and supporting an appealing, organized store environment. The associate works collaboratively with the team and leadership and contributes to an inclusive, respectful atmosphere.

Requirements

• Comfort using technology and accuracy when handling transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find a suitable look.
• Self-motivation, resilience, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Prior experience in optical retail or familiarity with optical products.
