Requirements
- At least 2 years of luxury retail experience with an established clientele.
- Ability to drive results as a self-starter.
- Ability to engage customers; motivated and curious approach to sales.
- Customer-service focus and passion for client and community engagement.
- Technological savvy and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an elevated customer experience during and after sales.
- Cultivate and maintain excellent clientele relationships.
- Partner with the management team to achieve sales targets strategically.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and understand terminology associated with Jimmy Choo shoes and accessories.
- Represent the brand in the community and proactively foster customer relationships.
- Maintain visual standards at all times.
- Fulfill key-holder responsibilities, including opening and closing the store, cash handling, and financial responsibilities.
