About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to help provide customers with the best possible shopping experience and support the company’s growth. Associates help create and maximize sales in a team-oriented retail environment. The work is varied and active, with a focus on engaging customers, selling footwear, and keeping the store organized. This is a seasonal, part-time role in Folsom.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, driven, and willing to work hard.
• Communicate comfortably with a wide range of people.
