About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support customers and store operations. The role focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience while helping meet store sales goals. The associate assists customers in selecting eyewear that suits their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispenses eyeglasses and contact lenses and provides lens training when permitted by state law; and explains eyewear and contact lens care. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer and patient records, communicating order status, answering phone calls, keeping the store clean and organized and merchandise aligned with brand standards, and supporting inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary to meet state licensing or credential requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law.
Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
