About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll assist customers in choosing eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You’ll also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to comply with state licensing or credential requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities
