About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, maintains store presentation, and supports daily sales operations during peak seasons. The role contributes to an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience for MINISO USA customers while supporting store goals and visual merchandising standards.

The associate greets and assists customers, answers product questions, helps locate merchandise, and handles inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy. The role also includes maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, replenishing inventory, following visual merchandising guidelines, operating the cash register and POS system, processing payments, and promoting MINISO Membership enrollment.

The associate follows store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines; supports team members and management with assigned tasks; and maintains a professional, respectful, and collaborative demeanor. The position pays USD $16.94 per hour.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
• Adherence to store policies and procedures.
• Reliability demonstrated through consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Retail sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities
