About The Position

The Sales Associate supports the success of Sunglass Hut by providing customers with an authentic, engaging shopping experience and helping them find premium-quality eyewear. The role focuses on meeting sales goals, building lasting customer relationships, offering tailored product recommendations, and delivering attentive service. Associates receive hands-on training and work with colleagues and leadership to support a positive team environment. They also help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and contribute to an inclusive, respectful experience for customers and colleagues.
