About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating Express and Bonobos. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Sales Associate joins the Express team and helps provide an excellent in-store shopping experience while also completing tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.

The role involves maintaining an organized and safe store environment, supporting product launches, processing customer transactions, resolving service issues, and promoting credit and loyalty programs. The position requires the stated availability, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours, and meeting the physical requirements of the role.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience; minimum of 6 months.
• Proficient in using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Meets the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Positively resolve customer service issues, determine a resolution or escalate as needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by a supervisor, including stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
