About The Position

Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, engaging shopping experience and help them find premium-quality eyewear. They connect with customers, recommend eyewear suited to individual lifestyles and preferences, and contribute to sales goals. Associates receive hands-on training and work with team members and leaders to support excellent service and a positive store environment. They help keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing, and foster an inclusive and respectful experience for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for helping customers and creating positive experiences; retail or customer-service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and support sales.
• Comfort using technology to improve the customer experience and accuracy with transactions.
• Interest in eyewear and fashion trends, with the ability to help customers find a suitable look.
• Self-motivation, resilience, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to learn and grow.
