About The Position

Our Associates Team plays a pivotal role within our dynamic sales organization. As a member of this team, you will be at the forefront of our mission to connect with clients and provide them with tailored lending solutions. As a Lendi Associate, you will be involved in engaging with both inbound customer inquiries and proactively reaching out to potential leads. Utilizing the cutting-edge Lendi Platform, you'll orchestrate seamless sales processes and deliver outstanding customer experiences. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in lead generation, appointment setting, sales, or related field, preferably in finance or banking.
  • Highly motivated individual with a track record of consistently exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Proven experience in cold calling or outbound calls.
  • Strong ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience working with Australian clients.
  • Familiarity with lead generating tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing objections courteously and professionally.
  • Consistently surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
  • Initiate outbound calls to potential business clients, setting appointments for Australian businesses.
  • Convert both inbound and outbound leads into qualified appointments for our brokers.
  • Adhere to call scripts and sales procedures to ensure uniformity and effectiveness.
  • Engage in phone conversations with prospects, discussing their lending requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance existing loans or secure finance for new investments.
  • Utilize your sales and relationship-building expertise to encourage customers to interact with our online platform before their appointment, facilitating document submission and key information provision to their broker.
  • Thoroughly and accurately record all call details in the designated system.
