About The Position

At Orangetheory Fitness Franklin, our Sales Associates are more than front desk staff—they are relationship builders, experience creators, and membership sales drivers. This role blends customer experience + sales performance. You will greet every member and guest with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism, build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into long-term members, and confidently present and sell gym memberships, guiding prospects to the right fit. You will also follow up on leads, make calls, and book intro classes, consistently ask for the sale and close memberships, support coaches and ensure a seamless studio experience during classes, maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment, and represent Orangetheory at community events and outreach opportunities.
