Responsibilities

Lead the client’s experience from start to finish ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
Provide an over-the-top client experience to every single client.
Educate and sell memberships.
Organize and execute shop flow between clients and stylists.
Communicate effectively with clients, co-workers and the shop leadership team.
Work at a sustained, fast pace with a positive demeanor.
Participate in Shop duties. Side work includes activities: laundry, sweeping, dusting and other general shop cleaning.
