About The Position

Freedom Shooting Center is looking for energetic, dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team! This position offers the opportunity to learn every aspect of our retail store and indoor shooting range while building valuable customer service and firearms industry experience.

Requirements

• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open availability Monday through Sunday between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Must be available to work opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Holiday availability is required.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely perform Range Safety Officer duties after training.

Nice To Haves

• Firearm knowledge is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every customer with friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in finding the right products and making informed purchasing decisions.
• Build customer relationships by creating and updating customer profiles.
• Inform customers about memberships, promotions, classes, and special events.
• Process retail sales accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as a Range Safety Officer to ensure a safe and enjoyable range experience.
• Rent range lanes and assist customers with ammunition, targets, rentals, and range accessories.
• Work alongside your teammates to create an outstanding customer experience every day.
