This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, and contributing to the success of the print and customer service areas of the store. The associate will utilize the company's selling model, learn all products and services to offer informed recommendations, and collaborate with store leaders to achieve sales and margin goals. Responsibilities also include performing in-store print production and maintaining Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. Specifically, the associate will engage with and sell to customers by offering tailored products and services, handle transactions using the POS system (including shipping and marketing tools), fulfill print order intake and pick-up, ensure machines are stocked, catalogue print orders, maintain merchandising and signage standards, and ensure accurate inventory control. The role requires learning and maintaining all standards for Print and Services areas, meeting checklist, audit, and brand standardization requirements.
