The Sales Associate for Print&Services is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. This role contributes to the success of the print and customer service areas by utilizing a selling model, learning about products and services to offer informed recommendations, and collaborating with store leaders to achieve sales and margin goals. Key duties include performing in-store print production and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. Specifically, the associate will engage with customers to sell tailored products and services, handle transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system, fulfill customer print orders, manage print machine supplies, catalogue and prioritize orders, maintain merchandising and signage standards, and ensure accurate inventory control. The associate is also expected to learn and uphold all standards required in the Print and Services areas, including checklists, audits, and brand standardization.
