About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a seasonal Sales Associate/Photographer to help create enjoyable experiences on Santa photo sets. The role involves welcoming families, engaging with children, taking photographs, and helping guests capture holiday moments and purchase memorable souvenirs. The associate provides warm, attentive guest service and supports a smooth photo experience from start to finish.

This role works as part of a team to keep photo operations running effectively. It includes operating a point-of-sale system and photography equipment, handling transactions, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required. Employees must be available for at least 20 hours per week or as needed, attend training meetings, complete required courses, and be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• Professional attire and good hygiene.
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo set experience, helping families feel welcomed and cared for.
• Participate as a team member to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Engage with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers in a friendly, patient, and festive manner.
• Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
