About The Position

The purpose of this position is to help and enhance Tennessee Crown’s presence in retail outlets, in regards to customer service (i.e. stocking inventory, communicating with management and ensuring optimum product condition). Will also travel to various customer locations to stock product, clean and maintain shelving, build displays, place advertising material and other duties as assigned. Also, involved will be assisting set up for special events and promotions. Other duties assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be able to lift at 45lbs. occasionally and frequently to build displays and stock shelves with product.
Must be able to push, pull and carry cases of product (i.e. building displays and stocking shelves).
Must be able to work long and flexible hours.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Must have reliable transportation and the ability to maintain 100/300/100 insurance limitations.
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record: Cannot have more than two (2): moving violations and/or at-fault vehicle accidents (any combination) in the past three (3) years (for speeding, violations must be under 16mph)
Cannot have more than one (1): speeding violation of 16-29mph OR at-fault accident in the past three (3) years
Cannot have a major violation such as: DUI/DWI, hit-and-run, reckless driving, and/or super speeder (29+mph) violation in the past five (5) years
Background checks (i.e. Police backgrounds, reference checks)

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of similar industry is preferred.
Must have good people communication skills and willingness to work with store owners, managers and sales representatives
