About The Position
BLISS Car Wash is hiring a high-energy, results-driven Sales Associate who enjoys talking to people, hitting goals, and earning commission. In this role, you will talk with guests and sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships while delivering a fast, friendly, and positive experience. Requirements
- Sales experience preferred (not required).
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and improve through training.
- Flexible availability based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Talk with guests and sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Memberships.
- Help guests choose the best wash options and upgrades.
- Turn guest conversations into sales opportunities.
- Hit daily and monthly membership goals.
- Give every guest a fast, friendly BLISS experience.
- Keep work areas safe, clean, and organized.
- Load vehicles and support basic car wash operations when needed.
