The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging prospective clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the initial stages of the consultation and onboarding process. Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience with client intake, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to guide clients through stressful or complex decisions.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate strong ethics and professionalism in all client interactions.
  • Excellent time management and organization..
  • Ability to handle objections confidently and maintain a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, text, and in person.
  • Provide clear, accurate information about services, pricing, timelines, and expectations.
  • Guide prospects through the consult and enrollment process, ensuring a smooth handoff to legal teams.
  • Manage follow-up communication to maximize conversion rates and reduce lead drop-off.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales, conversion, and KPI targets.
  • Build strong rapport with prospects to support trust-based decision-making.
  • Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a client-first approach in all interactions.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure accurate information and efficient workflow.
  • Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date records.
  • Track lead stage progression, follow-ups, and outcomes in real time.
  • Utilize automations, and reporting to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Stay up to date on service offerings, pricing, internal processes, and eligibility criteria.
  • Educate prospective clients clearly on how services align with their needs.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on common questions, objections, or market trends.
  • Follow all sales processes, scripts, compliance rules, and communication standards.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales strategies and best practices.
