Role Overview Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office) Port is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the Latin American market to join our go-to-market team during a critical phase of growth. This role is designed for a native Spanish-speaking SDR who will own pipeline generation across Spanish-speaking LATAM regions as Port evolves from an Internal Developer Portal into the industry’s first Agentic Engineering Platform (AEP). In this role, you will engage platform engineering, DevOps, and engineering leadership teams across Latin America, running targeted outbound motions and qualifying opportunities with technically sophisticated buyers. You will act as the first point of contact for many LATAM prospects and play a key role in shaping Port’s presence in the region. This role is ideal for someone comfortable selling technical SaaS products, operating across time zones, and holding high-quality business conversations in Spanish with senior engineering stakeholders.
