About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident and effortless style. At the Fairlane Town Center store, the Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder provides an excellent in-store shopping experience and performs opening and closing procedures. The role supports store presentation and safety, customer service, accurate transactions, product launches, and credit and loyalty programs.

The position requires a high school education or equivalent, at least six months of relevant job experience, proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers, availability that includes nights, weekends and non-business hours, and the ability to meet physical requirements. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least six months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability meeting defined criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized and inviting sales floor, checkout area, fitting room and stockroom.
• Follow company policies and procedures to help ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues where possible, escalate issues when needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
