About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident and effortless style. The Sales Associate Keyholder provides an in-store shopping experience for retail customers and performs opening and closing procedures at the Gonzales Outlets store. This is a part-time position.

The role includes supporting customer service and sales, completing store operations, and maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting environment. The position requires availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours, along with the ability to meet the role’s physical requirements.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Meet defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Meet the position’s physical requirements.
• Ability to interact with customers and provide customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Follow company policies and procedures to support the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate them as needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
