About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, you will build relationships with customers, understand their needs and desires, present merchandise, explain product features and benefits, and provide information about extended service plans and financing options. You will also work toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements
- Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive, customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
