About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise, and explaining product features and benefits. The role also involves informing customers about extended service plans and financing options and working toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Strong communication and relational skills.
