About The Position
Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. In this role, you will build relationships with customers, learn about their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, and share information about extended service plans and financing options. You will work toward individual and team sales goals. The role is available in seasonal, part-time, and full-time capacities. Candidates should be customer-focused, communicate well, and have flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements

- Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
- Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong communication and relational skills.
Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
