About The Position

Zales is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to join its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing valued customers with a superior experience, helping them celebrate life and express love through jewelry. Team members engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about service plans and financing, and meet individual and team sales goals. The position calls for flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
