About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior jewelry-shopping experience. Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants build personal relationships with customers, help them celebrate life and express love, and contribute to individual and team sales goals. The role includes discussing customers’ needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options.

Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
