About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior jewelry-shopping experience. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant helps customers celebrate life and express love by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, and explaining product features and benefits. The role also includes discussing extended service plans and financing options and working toward individual and team sales goals. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
